2012 – ROOM007
The project was born in 2012 with an innovative vision: to create urban hostels. We launched the first hybrid hotel in Madrid’s Las Letras neighborhood. Its name comes from the very first room booked in the hostel: Room 007.
2017 – ROOM007 HOTELS & HOSTELS
With the opening of our first boutique hotel, a new brand was born: room007 Select.
2019 – FONDO SANTANDER SMART PROJECT
Room00 reached an agreement with the project backed by Fondo Santander Smart for an investment of €3 million. This transaction boosted the group’s strategic expansion plan and strengthened its market positioning.
2021 – SEED ROUND
2021 marked a turning point for Room00, which raised €2 million in its Seed round, led by GRC and Rocket.
2023– SERIE A ROUND
Room00 continued to strengthen its growth with the closing of a €7.4 million Series A funding round, led by CIOLIO Inversiones. This operation helped consolidate the group’s expansion, strengthen its structure, and accelerate the development of new strategic opportunities.
2023– SANTANDER FONDO SMART
Once again, Room00 secured another agreement backed by Fondo Santander Smart for €5 million.
2024– ROOM00 HOTEL & HOSTELES
The transition to Room00 Hotels & Hostels allowed us to improve brand positioning, avoid associations outside the sector, and achieve a more coherent visual balance.
2024– SANTANDER FONDO SMART
Room00 formalized a new financing agreement with Fondo Santander Smart for €10 million. This transaction reinforced investor confidence in the strength of the project and enabled the continued execution of the group’s growth and expansion plan.
2025– KING STREET
King Street, a New York–based investment fund with $28 billion in assets under management, made a €400 million investment in the company. This operation represents a major strategic milestone for the group and strengthens its ability to accelerate growth, consolidate its market position, and execute its expansion strategy.
2025– THE WORLD CLASS DISTRICT AWARDS
The company was selected as a finalist in the “Real Estate Transaction of the Year” category at the 2025 edition of the awards, highlighting the strategic relevance and impact of the transaction within the sector.
2026 – ROOM00 NEXT GEN HOSPITALITY

2026 – SANTANDER FONDO SMART
Room00 signed a new financing agreement worth €13.5 million, backed by Fondo Santander Smart.
