Room00 Hostels & Hotels S.L.U (hereinafter \u201c<\/span>Room00 Group<\/b>\u201d) is the Data Controller responsible for the processing of the personal data of the customers of each of the hotels (hereinafter the \u201c<\/span>Users<\/b>\u201d). <\/span><\/p>

Personal data processed by Room00 Group will be retained for a period of three years from the end of the contracted service or provision.<\/span><\/p><\/td><\/tr>

Once consent is withdrawn, Room00 Group will block the data for the time necessary to comply with legal obligations. The recorded images will be retained by Room00 Group for a maximum period of one month from their capture, after which they will be deleted. <\/span><\/p>

Where the recording of a crime or administrative offense occurs that must be reported to an authority, the images will be attached to the complaint and retained solely for the purpose of making them available to the relevant authority and may not be used for any other purpose.<\/span><\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/div>

Room00 Group informs that, for the fulfillment of the purposes described above, it will not disclose Users\u2019 personal data to third parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Room00 Group may grant access to such personal data to <\/span>technology service providers<\/b> with whom it has entered into a data processing agreement; in particular: <\/span><\/p>
